Description
An hour on a boat is the perfect amount of time to fall in love with Syracuse from the sea. We depart from Ortigia and follow the outline of the island: the ancient walls that skim the water, the Baroque churches overlooking the coast, the honey-colored houses, the Fonte Aretusa, and the Castello Maniace dominating the landscape. It is a continuous, compact but complete view, ideal if you have little time and want to see “the best” without rushing.
We head towards the sea caves along the Syracuse coast: small cavities, walls sculpted by the waves and turquoise hues that change with the light. A taste of the natural wonders that make this stretch of sea unique, to be observed calmly and, if conditions allow, with a short stop for a quick dip.
On board, you will find drinking water and all the necessary safety equipment; all you have to do is choose whether to relax in silence, take photos, or accompany the tour with some background music. The trip begins and ends in Ortigia, with an expert skipper who knows these places well and knows how to make the most of them depending on the weather and daylight conditions.

Description
The 1-hour Winter Boat Tour is designed for those who, like us, never stop loving the sea when summer ends. In about an hour of peaceful sailing, we cruise along Ortigia and the coastline of Syracuse: stone ramparts, Baroque churches, honey-colored houses overlooking the water, and small rocky coves that seem even more spectacular in winter.
You sit down, wrap yourself in a blanket, and hold a steaming cup of herbal tea or hot tea in your hands. The air is crisp but not bitter, the morning light is clear and soft: perfect for taking sharp photos, without crowds in the background. It is a short but full time, when you can really slow down, look around, and listen to the sea.
Our local skipper guides you at a leisurely pace: sharing stories of the sea, a couple of legends linked to Ortigia, and tips on the best spots for photos. The route remains flexible and is adapted to the weather and daylight conditions, so as to make the most of what the sea has to offer at that moment.
